The policy of IPS Ltd is to allocate services/products of high specifications, corresponding to the exact requirements and expectations of its customers and according to the international and national legal requirements of the industry.
To maintain the highest standards and efficiency, the administration team at IPS Ltd developed a management system that is in accordance with the International Model ISO 9001:2008, as is described in the relevant ISO Handbook of System of Management.
The company applies the management system by examining any problem areas regarding production quality and then taking the required measures to solve them and prevent future occurrences.
Our ambition at IPS Ltd is the continuous improvement of our management system to optimise our efficiency, with the final objective being to completely rule out any commercial complaints regarding quality and to offer the highest possible level of satisfaction to our customers, both before and after sales. In order to achieve this, the administration team at IPS Ltd sets and reviews objective targets that indicate the quality level of the company's productivity.
In line with the trusted management system, which aims to continuously improve overall quality, IPS Ltd expects the highest level of pro-activity and creativity from its staff.
The objective of IPS Ltd is to operate according to the model ISO 9001:2008 management system, so as to strengthen its leading position in the industry and to offer the customers flawless products.

Environmental Engagements
The company IPS Ltd has a high degree of environmental awareness and sensitivity and has adopted and applies an effective management system, in accordance with international model ISO 14001:2004.
A major factor of our company's philosophy is the protection of the environment from any unfavourable repercussions as a result of company activities.
IPS Ltd adheres entirely to the management system by:
- meeting the full list of requirements of model ISO 14001:2004,
- conforming to Greek and Community environmental legislation,
- avoiding any ill-effect on the environment as a result of its activities,
- permanently improving its environmentally-friendly record by meeting targets such as: the sensible disposal of all natural waste; the prudent use of energy resources; the control of industrial leakage; and the use of equipment and environmentally-friendly technology wherever possible etc.
IPS Ltd undertakes continuous training and education of all personnel, with the final objective being not simply the transmission of knowledge and information, but the implementation of environmental sensitivity and awareness.
The company administration encourages the reciprocal collaboration of workers with responsible social institutions and inspects and reviews all means and processes to guarantee the effectiveness of the measures taken to protect our environment.
